This Delivery Information page applies to purchases made from Green Sleep, the trading name of Rematt Ltd.

1. Delivery areas

We deliver within the UK only.

2. Delivery cost

Delivery is currently free.

3. Delivery timescale

Estimated delivery is normally 2–5 working days.

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, your location, courier availability, and scheduled delivery routes.

4. Delivery method

We use our own vans for local deliveries in the North West and courier services for deliveries further afield.

Delivery is to the door as standard.

Room-of-choice delivery may be available by request and must be agreed before delivery.

5. Delivery booking

Deliveries are booked and scheduled in advance. Please make sure someone is available to receive the mattress at the agreed time.

We may contact you by phone or email to arrange or confirm delivery.

6. Missed delivery

If you miss your scheduled delivery, we will contact you to rearrange delivery.

Repeated failed delivery attempts may cause delays and may result in additional reasonable charges where costs are incurred.

7. Access requirements

Before placing your order, please check that the mattress will fit through:

We are not responsible for failed delivery where the mattress cannot be delivered due to access restrictions that were not made known to us in advance.

8. Old mattress removal

Old mattress removal is available locally only and must be requested and agreed before delivery.

This service may not be available for all areas.

9. Damaged deliveries

Please check your mattress and packaging on delivery.
