By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About us

Green Sleep sells Rematt mattresses online and from our warehouse. Our mattresses are supplied sealed and wrapped.

2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to display product details, descriptions, prices, and images accurately. However, colours, fabrics, finishes, and product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography, and normal manufacturing tolerances.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the goods from us. An order is accepted once we confirm the order and begin processing it.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling.

Payment is currently accepted through PayPal. We may also offer Tyl by NatWest in the future.

Full payment is required before goods are dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Delivery

Delivery is free within the UK.

Estimated delivery time is normally 2–5 working days, subject to product availability, location, courier availability, and delivery scheduling.

We use our own vans for local North West deliveries and courier services for deliveries further afield.

Delivery is to the door as standard. Room-of-choice delivery may be available by request and must be agreed in advance.

Old mattress removal is available locally only and must be arranged with us before delivery.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct. You are responsible for ensuring the mattress will fit through doors, hallways, staircases, lifts, and into the intended room.

6. Missed delivery

Deliveries are booked and scheduled in advance. If you miss a scheduled delivery, we will contact you to rearrange delivery.

Repeated missed deliveries or failed delivery attempts may cause delays and may result in additional reasonable charges where costs are incurred.

7. Cancellation and returns

For online orders, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

Returned mattresses must be unused, in their original sealed packaging, and in a resaleable condition, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item or arranging collection.

8. Hygiene

Mattresses are hygiene-sensitive products. For hygiene reasons, we may refuse change-of-mind returns where the mattress has been unsealed, unwrapped, used, marked, damaged, or is no longer in resaleable condition.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

9. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods

If your mattress arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs where possible.

We will review the issue and provide a suitable remedy in line with your statutory rights. This may include repair, replacement, collection, or refund depending on the circumstances.

10. Warehouse sales

We also sell from our warehouse. Consumer rights may differ depending on whether the purchase was made online, by phone, or in person. If you are unsure, contact us before purchasing.

11. Warranty

We do not currently offer a separate commercial warranty or guarantee unless expressly stated on the product page or agreed in writing.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

12. Limitation of liability

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence.
