1. Change-of-mind returns for online orders
If you buy from us online, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you receive your goods.

2. Condition of returned mattresses
For change-of-mind returns, mattresses must be:
- Unused
- Still sealed and wrapped
- In the original packaging
- Clean, undamaged, and in resaleable condition
Because mattresses are hygiene-sensitive products, we may refuse a change-of-mind return if the mattress has been unsealed, unwrapped, used, marked, damaged, or is not in resaleable condition.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the mattress is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
3. Return costs
For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for the return cost or collection cost.
We can discuss collection options where available, but any collection cost for a change-of-mind return will be confirmed before collection.
4. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide:
- Your order number or purchase details
- Your name and contact details
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the product, packaging, and any damage where possible
Where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will deal with the issue in line with your statutory rights. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement, collection, or refund.
5. Refund timescale
Once a return has been received and approved, refunds are normally processed within 5 working days.
Refunds will usually be made to the original payment method.
